Orders may be cancelled by Gifts prior to shipment for reasons including inventory error, pricing discrepancy, or suspected fraud.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We ship to select countries only; availability depends on destination and product type. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

4. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees. Custom, digital, or perishable items are non-returnable unless defective. To initiate a return, contact support@gifts.masseffectstore.com for a return authorization.
